我有一臺別人給的顯控SA-7AK觸摸屏，想利用起來，由于原來沒有用過這個牌子的第一次接觸，就搜索了一下，但未找到這個型號，后來到顯控官網(wǎng)下載了最新版的SATOOL軟件，試寫了程序準(zhǔn)備下載到屏里，結(jié)果無論如何都無法聯(lián)機(jī)，也找不到這個型號的屏，后來打了官方客服電話，說要下載SA4.0版本，又重新下載了SA4.0版本，安裝驅(qū)動，重新編寫程序，還是下載不成功，提示項目選擇的HMI和實際連接的型號不符無法下載，和官方客服打電話溝通說這個屏型號是客戶定制的他們也查不到，屏上的S/N是SK開頭的，出廠日期是2014年1月份。不知道哪位有這個屏的資料或者說明書提供一下，謝謝啦。

操作步驟：
1、 單擊開始菜單，然后按住“ SHITF 鍵 ”關(guān)點擊電源按鈕，選擇重啟；
Click start and hold “shift key” and click power key ,select “restart”;
2、 重啟后，系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入到“選擇一個選項”界面，然后我們再選擇“疑難解答”；

3、 進(jìn)入到疑難解答后，再選擇“高級選項”，如下圖：

4、 接下來，我們選擇“啟動設(shè)置”；

5、 接下來在啟動設(shè)置中，我們可以看到多選項（如禁用驅(qū)動程序強(qiáng)制簽名），這時是
不能選擇的，Windows 需要我們先重啟來激活這些選項，我們點擊重啟即可

6、 重啟后，我們就可以看到眾多的特殊啟動模式選項了，其中也包括“禁用驅(qū)動強(qiáng)制簽
名”，我們可以按數(shù)字鍵來選擇進(jìn)入的系統(tǒng)，如按 7 鍵；

7、最后進(jìn)入到禁用驅(qū)動強(qiáng)制簽名模式，然后我們再安裝驅(qū)動程序，就可以安裝成功了！
